Thanks for this post! It was really helpful in trying to get a unison setup working for my own server.  Just wanted to share a piece of information - if you compile the unison binary beforehand, you can use &#039;scp&#039; to copy it to the GoDaddy server.  From there, &#039;chmod +x&#039; the binary and place it in ~/bin, as its already part of the path.  You can now use unison over an ssh connection.
